April 30, 2011: Mr. Eric J. Jiang, Senior Partner to Jurisino Law Group, was recently invited to the International MBA Project at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and delivered four lectures to the MBA students from around the world. Mr. Jiang’s lectures focused on business laws in China, and discussed about business associations, corporate governance, contract negotiation and M&A in China, respectively.
